Refunds and payments
- The change of date can be requested up to 24 hours before the start of the show.
- In case of annulling a ticket, TEATRO FLAMENCO MADRID will refund 100% of the amount if it is communicated 24 hours before the start of the show. If it is communicated 12 hours before the show, TEATRO FLAMENCO MADRID will refund 50% of its amount.
- There will be no right to a refund of the ticket amount if the cancellation is notified to TEATRO FLAMENCO MADRID less than 12 hours before the start of the show.
- The Ticket is not personal and can be transferred.
- TEATRO FLAMENCO MADRID is not responsible in case of loss, theft or mislaying of the ticket.
- TEATRO FLAMENCO MADRID reserves the right to modify (date, time and artists) or to suspend the scheduled show if technical, artistic or reasons of force majeure require it.
- In case of modification or suspension of the show, for reasons attributable to TEATRO FLAMENCO MADRID, the client will have the right to the refund of the amount of his ticket(s).
