Alejandra Gudí is one of the most famous and respected flamenco dancers in contemporary flamenco circles. Born in Almería in 1985 her artistic name has become synonymous with passion, power and authenticity within flamenco, taking flamenco dancing to prestigious venues all around the world. Alejandra Gudí: a rising flamenco star
From a young age Alejandra showed her love and dedication to flamenco. Her natural talent for flamenco dance led her to win the first national prize for alegrías in the prestigious flamenco dancing contest, La Perla de Cádiz in 2018, an achievement that catapulted her career.
Over the years, Alejandra has worked with some of the most important flamenco companies, such as that of Antonio El Pipa in the flamenco shows, Pasión Y Ley, Vivencias, De Tablao and Puertas Adentro. She has also performed with the Andalusian Flamenco Ballet, directed by the renowned Rafaela Carrasco, where she performed in flamenco shows such as En La Memoria Del Cante, 1922 and Tierra Lorca-Cancionero Popular, being awarded the Giraldillo Prize for the Best Flamenco Dance Group in the XVIII Seville Bienal de Flamenco.

As well as her success in the best flamenco shows in Spain, Alejandra has taken her flamenco dancing talents to the most prestigious international venues, working with companies such as the Rafael Aguilar Ballet, where she made her solo debut in the flamenco show, Carmen, and the flamenco dance company of Carmen Cortés in the flamenco show, Mujer Flamenca. This international exposure has been essential for her personal flamenco dancing growth and to showcase traditional flamenco to global audiences.
